Roppongi Hills

The Roppongi district, aka the "party district," is a rich district with popular restaurants, malls, shops, museums and is home to the Roppongi tower and the Mori tower, with which you can see a 360 degree view of Tokyo. Within the mori tower are shops and restaurants. At the base there is the Mori garden as well as more shopping areas.
