The Minsheng Art Museum is insanely interesting architecturally. It's made up of many different angled walls and roofs. The outside is covered in a shining reflective surface that makes you 10 times warmer when standing underneath it. Inside is the same way. Everything has a white and gray hue which gives it a somewhat pure feeling. The exhibits are well positioned and are incredibly eye catching. Some would make fun of how our current society ignores our surroundings because we are trapped in our phones, or how we disregard trash and think of consequence no further than having to find a trash can. One of the things I tried to do was sketch some of the architecture at the entrance. With such odd angles it's hard for me to make it look like a building, rather than a piece of differently shaded strips. It was an incredibly interesting museum and made me appreciate art a little bit more.
